- Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of all requirements
- Re-examination fees apply for failed attempts
- Certificates are issued in the name registered during enrollment
4. Student Conduct
All students must adhere to our code of conduct:

- Zero tolerance for plagiarism and academic dishonesty
- Respectful treatment of patients during clinical training
- Compliance with hospital and clinic protocols
- No use of unauthorized recording devices during classes
5. Fees and Refund Policy

- Course fees are non-refundable after 15 days of enrollment
- Partial refunds may be considered for medical emergencies with documentation
- Payment plans are available for eligible students

- No guarantee of employment after course completion
- Force majeure events may result in course modifications

- Changes will be communicated via email and website notifications
- Continued enrollment implies acceptance of updated terms
- Students will have 30 days to review any major changes
- Right to withdraw enrollment if disagreeing with major changes
